At Billiards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all cues, cases, and accessories in original condition. Please note that custom-engraved items and chalked tips are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that pool cues are properly padded to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
